Meet Our Team

TDS Liberia’s team brings experience in program leadership, financial management, media production and community engagement. Staff members work with communities, public institutions and development partners to deliver programs across Liberia.

 

Trokon Redem McGee

Executive Director and Program Manager

Trokon provides strategic and program leadership for TDS Liberia. His experience covers peacebuilding, humanitarian response, gender equality, child protection and youth development. He holds master’s degrees in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid and International Relations.

Joseph Kpah Horace

Media Manager

Joseph is a scriptwriter, actor and drama director with experience in radio drama and participatory theatre. He has worked with Talking Drum Studio and other Liberian media and theatre organizations, using performance to support civic education and community dialogue.

T. Vogel Wrobeh

Production and Project Manager

Vogel coordinates media production, project activities and stakeholder engagement. His work includes video production, radio partnerships, community workshops and project documentation. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and is pursuing a master’s degree in Sustainable Development.

George O. Barchue

Finance and Administration Manager

George manages financial reporting, budgeting, compliance and administrative systems. He has worked in finance and accounting for civil-society organizations, banks and private institutions. He holds an MBA in Accounting and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Liberia.

Sangay Kamara

Finance and Administrative Assistant

Sangay supports financial management, grant compliance, office administration and human-resource records. She joined Talking Drum Studio in 2017 and has served in her current position since 2021. She studied Sociology with a minor in Public Administration at United Methodist University.

George F. Pennoh

Chief Driver

George coordinates staff transportation and supports field operations as TDS Liberia’s Chief Driver. His vocational training includes a driving certificate from the Continental Institute of Vocational Education Network.
