What We Believe
Liberia’s difficult problems cannot be solved by institutions working alone. People need reliable information and a meaningful role in decisions affecting their lives.
TDS Liberia believes communication is more than delivering messages. It helps people understand issues, discuss differences and decide what action to take. Radio, drama, documentary film and digital media begin conversations that community dialogue and feedback can turn into action.
Talking Drum Studio began in 1997 within Search for Common Ground. TDS Liberia became an independent national civil-society organization in 2019 and now works across governance, human rights, transitional justice, land, natural resources and climate-related challenges.
